PRA PUBLIC ADVISORY

In relation to our advisory dated 19 November 2020, the public is advised that the lockdown of the PRA Office, located at 7th to 9th Floor Legaspi Towers 200 Building, No. 107 Paseo De Roxas, Legazpi Village, Makati City, has been lifted.

The PRA employee who tested positive for COVID-19 has been tested again and is now negative for the virus. As of 04 December 2020, all employees who were traced to have contact with the reported positive case finished their respective 14-day quarantine and none showed symptoms of COVID-19. Further, regular disinfection of PRA office premises is being continued.

However, please be advised that the PRA is still operating on a skeleton workforce within office premises while the rest of the personnel are working from their respective homes.

You may also call 02-8459-5000 from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

For any urgent concerns and transactions that can neither be done online nor over the phone, please be informed that Legaspi Towers 200 Building Administration is implementing a “NO FACE SHIELD, NO FACE MASK, NO ENTRY” policy. Social distancing is also strictly being enforced.

In cases where physical delivery of documents is necessary, please enclose the documents in a plastic envelope for easy disinfection and inform the lobby guard that the documents are for PRA. Please wait for the PRA personnel at the documents receiving area located at the building lobby and do not leave the documents to the lobby guard.
