PRA launched its Gender and Development Livelihood Training Program in Barangay Tambo, Parañaque City last October 3, 2019.  The beneficiaries of the PRA Gender Responsive Corporate Social Responsibility (PRA-GRCSR) program are the families residing along the land strip of Barangays Tambo and Don Galo in Parañaque City who were affected by the construction of the Manila Cavite Coastal Road and Reclamation Project (MCCRRP) in the 1990’s.

The implementation of the said program was a joint effort between PRA and the City Government of Parañaque thru its City Social Welfare and Development Office and Officers of Barangay Tambo and Don Galo. The following are the programs offered to the residents:

  • Dishwashing and Fabric Conditioner Making
  • Mug, Fan, Eco Bag, Key Chain and T-shirt Printing
  • Food and Beverage/Hotel and Restaurant
  • Hotel Housekeeping

The training will run during the weekends of October 5 to December 7, 2019.
