Notice to the Public – Schedule of Fees
Pursuant to DOF-DBM -NEDA Joint Circular No. 1-2013 “Implementing Rules and Regulations of Administrative Order No. 31, Series 0f 2012, on the Rationalization of Rates of Fees And Charges, Increase in Existing Rates, And Imposition of New Fees And Charges” addressed to all Heads of Departments, Bureaus, Commissions, Agencies, Offices and Instrumentalities of the National Government, including Government-Owned and/or Controlled Corporations, the Public Estates Authority (PEA) / Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA) hereby informs the public of its Schedule of Fees and Charges as approved by the Governing Board of PRA on June 29, 2016 under Resolution No. 4669 series of 2016.

| Filing | Php 1,000.00 per hectare but not less than Php 200,000.00 + VAT |
| Processing | PhP 2,000.00 per hectare but not less than Php 1,000,000.00 + VAT |
| Regulatory | 5% of the estimated reclamation cost (staggered mode of payment) + VAT |
Imposition of new fees

| Restoration Fee | Php 10,000.00 per hectare but not less than Php 100,000.00 plus VAT |
| Social Environment Fund (SEF) | 1% of the estimated reclamation cost |
The above Fees and Charges shall take effect fifteen (15) days following the publication of this notice.
