- Interested parties may obtain the Terms and Conditions and Bid Documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Pesos (P300.00) starting January 28, 2013 from 9:00AM to 5:00PM at the Administrative Services Department, 7th Floor, Legaspi Towers 200, Paseo de Roxas, Makati City, Metro Manila.
- The first pre-bid conference is scheduled on February 12, 2013 at 2:00PM at the PRA Conference Room.
- Duly accomplished Bid Documents prescribed in the Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the PRA Real Estates Bids and Awards Committee (PREBAC) on February 27, 2013 on or before 2:00PM, opening of bids shall immediately follow.
- PRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality found therein, and to accept such bids as may be considered most advantageous to its interest, without any obligation on the part of PRA to explain the reasons thereof.
