CBP I Island B & C now named Aseana Business Park is predominantly for commercial use and envisioned to be the new central business district of Parañaque. The property owners are R-1 Consortium and PRA. The pictures below show the establishments that moved to the area like Price Smart, Yellow Cab and McDonalds. Under construction is the Neo China Town located in a 4-hectare site. The other proposed projects are the 40 hectare PAGCOR Entertainment and the 15 hectare Bagong Nayong Pilipino.
