INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the Janitorial Services for PRA Properties:

Name of Project:	JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR PRA PROPERTIES (GOODS 09-009)
Location:	7th Floor, Legaspi Towers 200, Paseo de Roxas, Makati City
Brief Description:	Supplier to provide nine (9) Janitorial Personnel and one (1) Working Supervisor including the required materials and supplies for PRA Offices.
Approved Budget For the Contract:	Php 2,100,000.00 (For the First Year only)
Contract Period	: Multi-year (but not to exceed 3 years), subject to conditions specifically contained in the Bid Data Sheet (BDS).
Delivery Period	Upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP)

Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form stipulated in the Bid Documents. Late Bids shall not be accepted. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).

Bid Documents will be available to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Two Thousand One Hundred Pesos (Php 2,100.00) to the PRA Cashier.

The PRA assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid. The PRA reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
